This is a night of karaoke competition that through several rounds of singing, one winner will be chosen by three guest judges based on scoring criteria.   There will be a local music artist performing for the audience,  Hosted by a fun and experienced host familiar with his way around the stage and audience. 

The night will consist of competitive and talented singer, guest music industry judges, raffle prizes, and a fun and engaging host with fun activities. 

Besides having a winner selected by the judges scoring, we will have a Audience Choice award so, bring family and friends and help cheer on the contestants

There will also be time for the audience to participate in traditional karaoke fun.

This is an amateur Karaoke competition for Amateur singers and karaoke enthusiast so, no professional nor semi professional artist to join competition.  

1. Eligibility: All contestants must be amateur singers. 

2. Entry: There is no entry fee for the contestants. Contestants must submit a completed entry/participation form, via email, no later than September 10th, 2024.

3. Performance: The competition is for solo performances only. Contestants must sing the songs to they previously selected in registration to compete.

4. Scoring: Contestants will be judged on a scale of 1 to 10 by the following:

1. Vocal Performance: Quality of singing, including pitch, tone, and vocal control.
2. Stage Presence: Engagement with the audience, confidence, and overall charisma.
3. Song Interpretation: Emotional expression, creativity, and personal connection to the song.
4. Technical Execution: Adherence to the song's tempo, rhythm, and lyrics.

5. Conduct: Once your name is called and the song has begun, you must start singing. You

cannot request the song to be restarted.

6. Prizes: Winners must be present to win.

7. Age Limit: Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.    

8. Disqualification and Fair Play:

1. Disqualification: Performers may be disqualified for using pre-recorded vocals, exceeding the time limit, or violating event rules.
2. Fair Play: Judges are expected to score impartially and avoid conflicts of interest.

9. Song Selection: Performers must select a song from the provided list or adhere to any

pre-approved song choices.

10. Time Limit: Each performance is limited to a specific duration, typically 3-5 minutes.

11. Dress Code: Other than normal daily wear, the participants are not required to dress any

particular way however, bringing change of clothing to perform in may affect the Stage

Presence score.
